Ladies! You won’t want to miss the chance to carve out this much needed time for yourselves - A slow and deliberate afternoon meditation, movement & journaling experience. Come together in fellowship with other women caregivers to take up space, breathe & be seen! This event will feature a miniature slow-flow practice paired with restorative postures to deepen our stretching. This gentle movement class is accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners, both new & experienced! Meditation & journaling prompts will focus on YOUR central role as Mother-Caregiver-Achiever-IN-CHARGE within your household and familial ecosystem. Please bring your journal/favorite pen, yoga mat and a thin blanket or (2) for your enhanced comfort. Hot beverages, light snacks & optional hands-on Reiki included. We’ll conclude in time for an early evening out with the family or early dinner with your gal pals!
